Code 22, Food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized: Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength.
Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested three times at zero ppm. Operator just opened and has triple sink to clean ware. Sanitizer source is full and machine is operational. Maybe a crack or clog in line.
