Exterior of soda nozzle in drive thru soiled with mold like substance.

Observed water leaking onto floor from AC vent and ceiling tiles across from three compartment sink. Water wast dripping onto floor in a few areas but manager has mop bucket and trash cans catching water. No cross contamination observed with food or single service items.
