The inspector came back, found the problems fixed and allowed the business to reopen.

Conditions were a danger to public health, so the business was ordered to close immediately. It can't reopen until an inspector confirms the problems are fixed.

• Handwashing and hygienic practices
  • High priority: Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee was cleaning up floor with squeegee. Rinsed hands in hand sink and dried hands with towel. Educated employee on proper hand washing
• Food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized
  • Basic: Accumulation of black mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine guard plate.
• Handwash sinks and supplies
  • Basic: No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Missing at secondary bar hand sink
• Restrooms
  • Basic: Bathroom door left open other than during cleaning or maintenance. Employee closed door.
• Garbage and refuse
  • Basic: Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. By hand sinks on cook line
  • Basic: Open dumpster lid.
• Insects, rodents, pests and animals
  • High priority: Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 4 rodent droppings on bins of flour in storage. 4 rodent droppings on can of fire roasted tomatoes 8 rodent droppings on can of beans. 5 rodent droppings on can of mushrooms. 3 rodent droppings on bin of sugar. 20 rodent droppings on floor in dry storage along walls. 15 droppings observed under sinks in bar areas. 1 rodent dropping in metal bowl on cook line. 2 rodent droppings on dlid in storage under slicer. 4 rodent droppings on case of tortilla wraps. 1 rodent dropping on knife rack

  • Basic: Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed multiple areas in kitchen under cook line equipment and shelving with accumulated debris.
